How many guests may I bring?

Our salon can comfortably accommodate up to four guests in addition to the bride.

Do you carry mother of the bride and bridesmaid dresses?

We only offer wedding gowns at this time.

Can we bring young children to an appointment?

We do not allow young children to attend bridal appointments. Appointments last 1.5 hours and it is very difficult for little ones to sit that long. It can become a safety hazard for children to run around the salon as well as cause a distraction for the bride.

Can we bring our own drinks to an appointment?

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own beverages to an appointment as long as they are light in color and will not stain. We offer water to all of our guests.

What should a bride wear to the appointment?

Brides should wear comfortable clothing to the appointment. Bras are not necessary during the appointment because all dresses are padded. If you plan on wearing spanx or similar undergarments on your wedding day, you are encouraged to bring them. You may also want to bring a pair of heels or comfortable shoes. Many brides find it beneficial to do their hair and makeup like they plan on wearing it at the wedding to help you visualize your wedding day look.

When should I begin looking at wedding dresses?

We recommend shopping for your wedding dress one year prior to your wedding date. Dresses can take up to six months to be made and arrive in our store. Alterations take between six and ten weeks.

What can I do if my wedding is less than one year away and I still need a dress?

1. We offer all of our gowns for sale off the rack, which means you buy the sample and take it home the same day.
2. Our designers carry some stock. If a dress is in stock it will arrive to our store within two weeks.
3. For an additional cost, designers provide the option to rush a dress. Time and cost vary between designers.

Do you buy used wedding dresses?

We do not buy used wedding dresses, even if the tags are still on it.
